This website is operated by BrainBoxIT Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11703272, trading as Identra. Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is, and what it is not

This site describes consultancy services and explains security and compliance frameworks including Microsoft Entra, Defender, Purview, CMMC, HIPAA, TAC 202 and HB 3834. That material is published for general information.

It is not legal advice, regulatory advice, or a compliance assessment of your organisation. Regulations change, apply differently by sector and jurisdiction, and depend on facts we do not know about your environment. Do not act on anything here as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances.

Accuracy

We take care that what we publish is correct at the time of writing, and we cite primary sources where a claim rests on a specific regulation. We do not warrant that the site is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change it without notice. Where a page states a date, treat the content as accurate as at that date rather than today.

Engagements are contracted separately

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no engagement begins because you read a page or send an enquiry. Consultancy work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, deliverables and liability. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

Intellectual property

The content, layout and design of this site belong to BrainBoxIT Limited or its licensors. You may read it, and quote from it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train a model for commercial redistribution.

Microsoft, Entra, Defender, Purview and Sentinel are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. Other product names belong to their respective owners. Identra is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as agent for Microsoft.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this website, including lost profit, lost data, business interruption, or a compliance outcome that did not go the way you expected. This site is provided as it is.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We link to legislation, standards bodies and vendor documentation because citing a source is better than asserting a fact. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you access this site from elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with your local law.
